We do not use your information for anything beyond what's needed to provide and improve our pet care service.
When We Share It
We only share your information where necessary:
- With the Pet Care Specialist assigned to your booking, so they can care for your pet safely
- With payment processors to handle transactions securely
- With emergency veterinary services if urgent care is required for your pet and we cannot reach you
- Where required by UAE law or a valid legal request
