Terms & Conditions
Effective July 2026. These terms apply whenever you book or use services from Pet House Call UAE ("we", "us", "our"). By booking a service with us, you agree to these terms.
Our Services
We provide in-home pet care in Dubai, including pet sitting, dog walking, extended and full-day house calls, overnight companion care, and additional specialist services such as grooming and dog training. Services are delivered by Pet Care Specialists who are personally interviewed, reference-checked and matched to your pet's needs. Specific service inclusions and pricing are described on our website and confirmed with you before booking.
Bookings
Bookings are made by contacting us on WhatsApp with your pet's details and preferred dates. We will confirm availability, recommend a suitable Pet Care Specialist, and arrange a Meet & Greet before your first booking wherever possible. A booking is only confirmed once we have acknowledged it to you directly — enquiring about a service does not guarantee availability.
Customer Responsibilities
To help us care for your pet safely, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information about your pet, including any medical conditions, medication, allergies or behavioural issues
- Provide sufficient food, supplies and equipment needed for the visit, unless otherwise agreed
- Ensure your pet's vaccinations are up to date
- Provide accurate emergency contact details and be reasonably reachable during your booking
- Let us know in advance of anything unusual about your home, pet or access arrangements that a Pet Care Specialist should be aware of
Home Access
You are responsible for providing safe and reliable access to your home for the agreed booking period (for example, keys, access codes or building permissions). Access arrangements are agreed with you directly before the booking begins. Please tell us about any home security systems, cameras or specific entry instructions in advance.
Payments
Prices are as shown on our website at the time of booking, unless otherwise agreed with you directly. Payment is confirmed with our team once your booking and Pet Care Specialist are finalised. We reserve the right to update our pricing at any time; any change will not affect a booking you have already confirmed with us.
Pet Safety
Your pet's safety is our highest priority. Pet Care Specialists follow the care instructions you provide. If an emergency occurs during a visit, your Pet Care Specialist will contact you immediately using the emergency details you provide. If urgent veterinary care is needed and we cannot reach you, we will follow any pre-authorised instructions you have given us and seek appropriate veterinary assistance, keeping you informed as soon as possible.
Liability
We take great care in selecting and matching Pet Care Specialists, and we carry out reference checks and training as described on our website. However, to the fullest extent permitted by UAE law:
- We are not liable for pre-existing medical conditions, illnesses or incidents arising from inaccurate or incomplete information provided about your pet
- We are not liable for loss or damage caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control
- Our liability in connection with any booking is limited to the value of that booking, except where liability cannot be limited by law (for example, in cases of gross negligence or wilful misconduct)
Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under UAE law.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time to reflect changes to our services or legal requirements. The latest version will always be available on this page. Continuing to use our services after an update means you accept the revised terms.
